Add a 1-2 of drops of organic peppermint oil to the bath or massage oil to invigorate and help sore muscles. Add drops around the home to impart its fresh scent. Commonly used to deter pests from entering the home, add a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil to windows and doorways. Peppermint oil is very strong and should be used sparingly!
