Earthy, musty, aged Chinese tea (cooked, ripe, shou) pressed into a cake 4″ in diameter – break a piece off to make a cup of tea. Reputed to aid digestion, lower cholesterol and blood pressure. Production year: 2013, and stored in a man-made cave in the U.S.
