The order was delivered on time and the courier keep me in touch all the way which is very important as you don’t want a meat box arriving unexpectedly or late. I waited unitl I tried a few cuts before reviewing but I have to say the taste is great. Maybe you need a different approach to lamb but I think there’s far more flavour. The diced shoulder makes great casseroles with dumplings. Even the mince is a cut above lamb mince from the supermarket.
